First off, a huge thank you to you, our fabulous customers, for your ongoing loyalty and support. We very much hope you are keeping well and safe, and our solidarity goes out to those affected by Coronavirus and all those at risk.

Another massive thank you needs to be said to our amazing employees, samplers and suppliers for the incredible support and work they continue to put in creating our collections and keeping us going. We couldn’t do this without you!

Delivery expectations
We are still offering FREE International shipping for orders over £200 and FREE UK delivery for orders over £50.

UK services
Royal Mail continues to work hard to process and deliver parcels, we can't thank our wonderful posties and local post office enough for keeping us connected. See Royal Mail's Coronavirus updates page here

EU & International services
Our trusted couriers continue to accept and process orders with the same expected delivery time-frames our customers have come to expect.

There are occasional regional delays due to bad weather, pressure on the ports, Coronavirus outbreaks and so on, but these seem to be the exception now (April 2022).

An unfortunate reality of post Brexit status means that some larger value orders may be liable to duties when we dispatch to the EU. For the time being we will pay these charges on your behalf.

If you are worried about making an order do get in touch with us at: sales@pinkhousemustique.com and we will do our best to investigate any likely delays or restrictions to your specific area.

We're here to help!
