CV19 update

First off, a huge thank you to you, our fabulous customers, for your ongoing loyalty and support. We very much hope you are keeping well and safe, and our solidarity goes out to those affected by the virus and all those at risk.

Another massive thank you needs to be said to our amazing employees, samplers & suppliers for the incredible support and work they continue to put in creating our collections and keeping us going. We couldn’t do this without you!

During this uncertain time we would like to reassure you that we are doing our utmost to protect the health of our staff while still providing the best support possible to our online customers.

Delivery expectations
We remain operational, our warehouse partially open with minimal staff, working in isolation, and the rest of the team working remotely. We will of course keep you all informed if the situation should change in any way.

Due to some disruption to shipping services your order may arrive just a day or two later than our usual super speedy services. We have extended our returns window to 60 days of receipt and are now offering FREE International shipping for orders over £200, and FREE UK delivery for orders over £50.

UK services
Royal Mail remains open and is continuing to work hard to process and deliver parcels, we can't thank our wonderful posties and local post office enough for keeping us connected. See Royal Mail's Coronavirus updates page here

EU & International services
Most major shipping routes remain open and our trusted couriers continue to accept and process orders with the same expected delivery time-frames our customers have come to expect.

The following countries are known to have some zones with major delays or suspended delivery services: Italy, Austria, France, Portugal, Belgium, Philippines, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mongolia, Western Australia, Iraq, Nepal, Botswana, Mauritius, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Uganda, Uzbekistan

Please note this is not a comprehensive list and if you are worried about making an order do get in touch with us at sales@pinkhousemustique.com and we will do our best to investigate any likely delays or restrictions to your specific area. We're here to help!
