This is to confirm our arrangements for the forthcoming Holiday period.
We ship all our orders in good faith and you will receive tracking information so that you can see the progress leading to delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by industrial action, bad weather or other events once orders have been collected from our offices.
If we are shipping outside of the UK, you may be asked to pay import duties by the courier on behalf of your country's Customs department. The courier company will not deliver until these are paid. Please use your tracking information to follow up any queries over duties/tariff payments.
Christmas Shipping
We anticipate that in order for deliveries to arrive in good time, you should follow the recommended "LAST ORDER dates" below as recommended by Royal Mail for UK deliveries and our couriers for all others:

Finally, just to let you know that our offices, showroom and warehouse will be closed between 24th December and 4th January (inclusive). All orders placed on our website during this time will be packed and fulfilled on Monday 5th January.
Any returns received during this time will be also be processed as soon as possible when the office reopens on Monday 5th January, as will any queries received by email or messages left on our voicemail after 12.00pm Tuesday 23rd December.
