Passion Fruit vines grow abundantly throughout the Caribbean. Everything about the passion fruit plant is fabulous from its beautifully shaped leaves with delicate tendrils to the sensational flowers and to top it off the fruit is exquisite! Eat it straight from the vine, or make the most delicious sorbet, creme brulée, cocktails and even savoury salsas.
Lotty likes to freeze them and take them down to the beach for a birthday breakfast. Just slice off the top, pour in a little champagne and you have a ready made champagne cocktail and no glass needed!
