Short & sweet, the Decima dress is a popular Lotty B choice for casual elegance. The tailored shirt style, slim fitting top has a short mandarin collar that sinks into a deep V neck fastened by 2 small buttons in front. Neat 3/4 length sleeves protect upper arms and shoulders from the glare of the midday sun and the floaty light weight silk flares out beautifully to fall just above the knee.
