These terms do not supersede any statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Acts but are designed to clarify the principles and procedures by which we operate. These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct on this website. However, while the colours displayed are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur. All measurements given are approximate.
Currency & Pricing
All prices shown on this website are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider). Technical problems may occasionally result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases Pink House Mustique Ltd. is not required to honour this price. If you see any price you believe to be incorrect, please contact us so we can verify it for you.
Making a Purchase
We accept credit and debit card payment. No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order. All goods are sold subject to availability. Once we have received your payment and provided the items are in stock we will send out your order. If the items are not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible.
Credit Card Security
Your order is processed by Shopify payments. The credit or debit card details processed by this website are not stored by Pink House Mustique Ltd.
Shipping / Carriage
The final price quoted on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery cost to the stated destination. Delivery charges will be a flat rate, calculated in accordance with the weight of the items ordered for both home and overseas destinations.

Providing your items are in stock we will normally dispatch your order within 2 working days. In very busy periods within 5 working days. Once dispatched, please allow 5 working days for UK orders, 7 days for EU orders, 7 days for US orders and 10 for rest of the world unless otherwise specified. Our Postage and Packaging rates are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. However, once we have accepted your order we will not change the price that applies to such order.
In response to COVID-19, we are extending our returns period to within 60 days of receipt.
If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise (original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable). Please note that you are responsible for the postage cost to return your items, plus, customs and duty fees (if applicable) if you are outside the United Kingdom.
To return or exchange an item please follow the procedure on our Orders, Shipping, Returns & Refunds page.
Please ensure that your item is returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place. After we have received your item in its original condition with the completed Returns Form that arrived with your package, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used. Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed.

Duties and Local Taxes
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
You will not resell any goods or offer any goods for resale in any country.
Proof of Posting
For your own protection, you are strongly advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason for the return. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.
Payment and Retention of Title
Goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. If, for any reason, goods are shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to Pink House Mustique Ltd. until payment in full for the goods is received by us. Please note that online transactions are normally actioned automatically whilst you are online to the secure transaction server.
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our 'mailing information' to third parties
Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.

In the event of disagreement between Pink House Mustique Ltd. and its clients which cannot be mutually resolved in a reasonable time period, the Institute of Directors (UK) may be asked by either party, subject to the agreement of the other party to the dispute, to appoint a mediator to settle the dispute before bringing the matter into the legal process. In this event, both parties agree to be bound by the decisions of such mediator and mediation process.
