This is a topic often talked about in our UK HQ. Regardless of age, it seems that we have all practiced one or both in the last two years, with some of our number making a class or two a week a staple in their diary.
We have been collaborating with the Tresco estate for some years now as our island style is perfect for their aesthetic. Lotty has recently designed a print with Tresco which will be available later this year.

This St Patrick's Day, celebrate with a Black Velvet cocktail. Despite widespread belief in it's Irish heritage, it was in fact devised by a London barman to mourn the death of Prince Albert in 1861.
We asked Lotty when she had moved to Mustique and how that led to starting her own business; opening the shop and launching the Pink House Mustique website. This was Lotty's response and fascinating it is too:
It looks like this young man thought the water in Mustique was a bit chilly! But we don't think he would be in swim shorts if he was at the seaside in the UK at the moment..
Lotty has been designing some very special "Limited Edition" garments which will be introduced later this year. In the meantime, we wanted to give everyone a glimpse of Lotty's beetle print in this glorious colour-way! The silk twill is divine - you have to take our word for it for now.
